They invest in their development to such a level that a pool of prepared and engaged talent is available to step into critical positions and responsibilities when the time comes. Quality service can only be delivered if employees are engaged\, trained\, and prepared to do their jobs. Employees are able to deliver an outstanding service experience and achieve measured results when leaders effectively lead their teams. Participants will learn ways to improve their leadership skills as well as their emotional intelligence. This course will provide participants with an awareness of the five leader behaviors which employees expect of their leaders.
