DESCRIPTION:BCS600; One session\, 1-day. Registration required. MUST be 18 years of age with a verifiable address in the Coastal Bend region.     \n\n\n\n        \n        This introductory course is designed to teach participants the basic skills of creating worksheets and workbooks. Topics covered in the class include\, creating an excel workbook\, the ribbon\, the backstage view (File menu)\, Quick Access Toolbar\, entering data into worksheets\, formatting worksheets\, using formulas\, working with rows and columns\, editing worksheets\, and finalizing excel worksheets. Recommended: A laptop computer is recommended with Microsoft Excel preloaded onto the system. You are encouraged to bring your own laptop. The TEEX COAST Program has laptops for use during the course on a first-come\, first-served basis.
