| This hands-on, one-day workshop provides the background and skills necessary to lead effective Problem-Solving teams. Participants will learn a structured, team-based, analytical approach to determine root causes, develop, and implement effective solutions. The workshop is built around the 8D problem solving model (8 Disciplines) commonly used in many high production industries. Participants learn through a series of hands-on activities that are engaging and fun. The hands-on approach used in this workshop results in participants who not only learn a powerful problem solving approach but are energized about tackling problems in their work area. |
