Basic Hydraulics offers a comprehensive learning experience for individuals looking to acquire skills in the field. By covering topics such as basic hydraulic circuits, pressure control circuits, hydraulic schematics, and sequence valves, learners can develop a strong foundation in hydraulics. Basic Hydraulics training includes gauges, manifolds, cylinders, valves, flow meter, and hydraulic motors. The components of this training are of industrial quality, and prepare learners for real-world scenarios. Learners will not only study theoretical concepts but also put them into practice. They will gain hands-on experience in reading a pressure gauge, monitoring liquid levels and temperature in the reservoir, connecting hydraulic circuits, operating a bi-directional hydraulic motor, and converting between absolute and gauge pressure. Additionally, students will learn how to connect and adjust the pressure setting of a pressure relief valve (PRV).

Upon completion, a wallet card will be issued certifying that the student has completed 30 hours of OSHA training for construction industry. Electric Relay Control training covers concepts widely used in industrial, commercial, and residential applications to regulate electric motors and fluid power actuators, as well methods used for troubleshooting problems in relay control components and systems. An electrical relay, most often used as a memory logic element, is the component that makes electrical relay control possible. Learners will study applications of this vital component, as well as the available styles of control relays, the major components, and their ladder diagram symbols. |

1 event,Why are leaders important to the success of an organization? Leadership is essential to organizations around the world. Engaged leaders help make an organization successful and help to develop the next generation of leaders. The most successful organizations do not always recruit great leaders, they grow their own. They invest in their development to such a level that a pool of prepared and engaged talent is available to step into critical positions and responsibilities when the time comes. Quality service can only be delivered if employees are engaged, trained, and prepared to do their jobs. Employees are able to deliver an outstanding service experience and achieve measured results when leaders effectively lead their teams. Participants will learn ways to improve their leadership skills as well as their emotional intelligence. This course will provide participants with an awareness of the five leader behaviors which employees expect of their leaders. It will also identify areas within themselves that they can take action on to become a better leader or develop leadership skills that will allow them to step into leadership roles at their organization. |
